7th June saw our first Inaugural Street party on the bridge. Everyone had a great time meeting their neighbours and thanks go out to the organisers and the helpers for making this a great success, and Wilmslow Round Table for the loan of tables and gazebos. Sadly, the attempt to repair the damaged gatepost was unsuccessful today, and unfortunately the road was closed for much longer than the 10 minutes we had be told.
